


ABOUT
Zoë trained first as an actor at RADA before becoming a freelance director, dramaturg and published verbatim playwright. She was shortlisted for 2024 JMK Award and was the 2021 Jerwood Associate Director at the Young Vic. During her time there she worked on Hamlet (Associate Director) and The Collaboration.
Her directing credits include the newly commissioned play DEMETER with Marina Carr (Young Vic, Five Shorts) and Flicker (Soho Theatre Upstairs). She recently assisted Prasanna Puwanarajah on the 5* RSC production of Twelfth Night.
Her dramaturg credits include the touring dance production HUM (New Adventures) along with TV and film scripts. Zoë is a published playwright with her award-winning verbatim play, Take Care, created with her verbatim company, Écoute Theatre.
She holds the roles of visiting director at RWCMD where she has directed Angels in America: Millennium Approaches, The Book of Dust: La Belle Sauvage and Indecent. She is an associate director at RADA and mentor at Tunbridge Wells Welcomes Refugees. Zoë advocates for all individuals to access the arts equally, and the work she creates and rooms she curates manifests that.
